Senior Manager & Experienced UX Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design for complex product initiatives with PM and Eng.
• Contribute to design system and reusable patterns; accessibility.
• Directly manage a small UX design team; conduct weekly 1:1s.
• Lead workload planning, prioritization, and cross-functional Jira alignment.
• Partner with leadership to shape roadmap and drive research rigor.
• Create scalable patterns and documentation to support long-term growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX or Product Design.
• Experience designing complex B2B or developer-facing products.
• 1–3 years of formal people management experience.
• Experience managing team workload in Jira-driven environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
• Deep understanding of accessibility and usability standards.
