📋 Description

  • Gatekeeper to the Executive Director’s time; prioritize access strategically.
  • Manage complex calendar scheduling aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Prepare daily agendas with purpose, participants, background materials, and recommendations.
  • Track commitments and deadlines; ensure plans are executed timely.
  • Liaise with board, donors, leadership, staff, and partners; draft materials.
  • Coordinate travel, events, board logistics, and cross-functional initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level executives.
  • 3+ years direct supervisory experience; coaching of staff preferred.
  • Experience in fast-paced nonprofit/cultural/tech/financial services environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, teleconferencing platforms, and expense management systems.
  • Strong written/verbal communication; professional presence; confidential handling.
