Lead nationwide cost estimation for Utility-Scale Solar and BESS projects.
Develop CapEx estimates from preconstruction through milestones (EPC).
Prepare SOWs, specs, and solicitation packages for Contractors/EPCs with Procurement.
Normalize and evaluate third-party bids; advise on EPC/Construction options.
Support BD with estimating tasks, site evaluations, and constructability reviews.
Maintain cost databases, track market trends, and assess vendor capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, finance, economics, or construction.
3-5 years utility solar estimating experience.
Strong experience with renewable energy construction for utility-scale Solar and BESS.
Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
Proficient in conceptual/parametric estimating, bid tendering, and quantity estimating.
Knowledge of civil/mechanical/electrical construction; DC/MV cabling; PV rack.
