π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field.
- 8-12 years of progressive EHS leadership in multi-site or global environments.
- Deep knowledge of environmental regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and risk management frameworks.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, R&D, or operational environments.
- Experience in government-contracted, regulated, or public safety industries preferred.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership on safety strategy and compliance risk.
