- Experience managing teams with retention/expansion/adoption quotas.
- Strong technical acumen; able to discuss systems architecture.
- Experience with VoC programs and driving customer insights into product strategy.
- Proven ability to build relationships with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with tactical execution and coaching.
