  • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing Enterprise CSM team.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in customer success or SaaS/fintech; 3+ years leading teams.
  • Experience managing teams with retention/expansion/adoption quotas.
  • Strong technical acumen; able to discuss systems architecture.
  • Experience with VoC programs and driving customer insights into product strategy.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with tactical execution and coaching.
