🎯 Requirements
- 7–10+ years in Order-to-Cash, Revenue Operations, Billing, or Shared Services.
- 5–7+ years supervisory/people management experience.
- Ability to create objectives and deliver results through others.
- Multi-disciplinary expertise across O2C/Accounts Receivable including enterprise collections and disputes.
- Strong executive stakeholder communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead process optimization and automation initiatives.
