🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Life Sciences, or IT
7+ years in enterprise IT, data, or AI/ML roles
2+ years leading AI, automation, or data initiatives at scale
Experience architecting and deploying enterprise AI agents
Experience with GenAI/LLMs and enterprise AI platforms
Strong understanding of SAP, MES, LIMS, QMS
