Senior Manager, Engineering - Platform Security

📋 Description

• Define long-term strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for Platform Security.
• Oversee and develop a high-performing team of engineers and principal-level ICs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define roadmaps and priorities.
• Drive adoption of best practices for reliability and security; establish metrics.
• Communicate strategy, progress, and risk to executive leadership and technical stakeholders.
• Leverage deep technical experience to succeed, even without coding.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years managing Platform or SRE teams.
• 10+ years in distributed systems and infrastructure as code.
• Proven ability to drive durable tech roadmap and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with secrets/workload identity management (SPIFFE, SPIRE, Vault).
• Experience building large-scale prod infra on cloud and on-prem; Terraform.
• Hands-on Linux experience; strong systems internals and performance tuning.
