🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in software, automation, or systems engineering.
- 4+ years of management/leadership with hands-on coach style.
- Hands-on with LLMs: agents, retrieval pipelines, or enterprise AI features.
- Integration skills: iPaaS or API-based enterprise integrations.
- Experience with enterprise automations (Workday/NetSuite/Salesforce) and AWS.
- Degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent; eligible to work in the US.
