🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or tech field
- 8+ years in complex engineering system development and/or test
- 2+ years with liquid-propellant rocket engines
- 2+ years leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Mentoring and managing complex interdisciplinary projects
- Fundamentals in fluid mechanics and thermodynamics
- Proven ability to deliver on tight schedules with creative solutions
