  • Lead a team of Engagement Managers focused on Professional Services consultative selling.
  • Accountable for PS bookings in Europe and Asia.
  • Responsible for timely weekly bookings forecast within area of responsibility.
  • Collaborate with other managers to socialize and gain agreement on strategic proposals and execution.
  • Coach team on pipeline generation, SFDC hygiene, discovery, scoping, SOW creation, negotiation and closing.
  • Align with Sales Leadership to provide forecast updates.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience leading professional services or customer success.
  • Experience in professional services sales.
  • Experience with a subscription-based business model, delivering on-premises and SaaS.
  • Experience partnering with Account Executives, presenting solutions and implementation methodology during a sales process.
  • Ability to use GitLab.
