Senior Manager, Enablement Project Management

📋 Description

• Leads and develops a team of Project Managers; coaching and mentorship.
• Oversees enablement project portfolio across cross-functional initiatives.
• Ensures all projects define input, behavior, and output metrics.
• Owns standardized project frameworks (intake, prioritization, metrics) for consistency.
• Collaborates with Product, Engineering GTM, Customer Care, Onboarding, and CS for growth.
• Operates strategically and tactically to deliver on-time results.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Enablement/PM/Consulting/Product/Operations in fast-growth environments.
• 3+ years people management; coaching and inspiring project managers.
• Knowledge of SaaS release processes.
• Able to analyze trends and drive buy-in on solutions.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives.
