π― Requirements
- 8+ years in revenue enablement, sales training, or GTM strategy; 3+ years in leadership.
- Proven track record designing and scaling enablement programs across large GTM orgs.
- Cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Product.
- Data-driven with experience using enablement metrics and analytics.
- Excellent communication and facilitation; exec-level presentations.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
