  • Lead global Sales and Customer Success Enablement teams to deliver high-impact training.
  • Define long-term vision and quarterly roadmap aligned with sales and retention targets.

  • Bridge Sales and CS with onboarding and ongoing learning programs.
  • Establish KPIs to measure ramp time, quota attainment, retention and expansion.
  • Scale enablement with AI-driven tools to personalize content and improve learning.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in Enablement.
  • 3+ years of people management leading enablement or GTM teams.
  • Experience with enablement platforms/tools like Highspot, Outreach, Salesforce, Gainsight.
  • Proven ability to build scalable training programs in SaaS.
  • Do-er with a player-coach mentality driving collaboration across Sales and Success.
  • Experience with Sandler or MEDDPICC methodologies a plus.
