🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 12+ years designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex hardware.
• 4+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in aerospace or high-reliability systems desirable.
• Altium Designer; PCB schematic capture and layout.
• I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB; analog and digital electronics.
