  • Own end-to-end edX lifecycle strategy from signup to renewal.
  • Build a behavioral lifecycle engine with Segment CDP and SFMC.
  • Lead email strategy in SFMC: Journey Builder, AMPscript, data extensions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Analytics on data architecture and attribution.
  • Lead a small, high-performing team shipping journeys alongside the team.
  • Define lifecycle stages, segmentation, and growth playbooks to drive conversions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7-10 years in Lifecycle Marketing/CRM with multi-stage journeys at scale.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Journey Builder, data extensions, Automation Studio.
  • AMPscript and SQL for personalization/segmentation.
  • Experience activating CDPs (Segment, mParticle, etc.) for marketing personalization.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Translate marketing strategy into technical requirements for engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical skills for cohort data and deriving insights.
  • Experience designing event-driven, behavioral trigger-based programs.
