Senior Manager, Dynamics

📋 Description

• Lead Dynamics engineering team for loads/environments across transport, ascent, docking.
• Drive full product lifecycle: concept, requirements, analysis, testing, qualification.
• Develop and maintain system-level dynamic models and environments.
• Experience predicting loads/environments, structural dynamics, vibration.
• Support product teams with vibration/shock requirements, test planning, and qualification verification.
• Build and maintain FE dynamic models using test data and flight-like environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years engineering experience in aerospace or safety-critical industries.
• 2+ years of technical leadership or engineering management.
• Experience predicting loads/environments, structural dynamics, vibration.
• Strong knowledge of structural dynamics, FEM, and systems integration.
• Experience supporting hardware development through lifecycles, including qualification/testing.
