Senior Manager, Driver Operations

📋 Description

• Launch and manage global driver testing programs across geographies.
• Hire, train and lead full-time Driver Operations team, with local resources for key markets.
• Manage and lead customer facing demos of in-car software.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to design in-car test plans across driving features.
• Lead testing program execution; deliver high-quality bug reports, logs, and feedback to engineering.
• Define KPIs and benchmarks for drive testing; synthesize learnings to improve software.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of operations or program experience.
• SQL proficiency is expected.
• Tolerance for ambiguity and intrinsic motivation.
• Excellent communication skills (technical and external).
• Highly organized and execution-oriented.
• Systems thinker focused on scalability.
