Senior Manager, Distribution Operations

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day operations for supervisors and teams to meet targets.
• Oversee pick, pack and ship processes with 99.98% SLA and 100% accuracy.
• Report monthly KPI performance to Executive Leadership.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop staff; manage performance.
• Coordinate production schedules and vacations; update timekeeping.
• Ensure safety standards and ongoing training.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years in a service-provider environment requiring self-management and multitasking.
• Proficient with Windows software: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Six Sigma, Lean, 5S; Leader Standard Work a plus.
• Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability.
• Collaborative; fosters trust, respect, and service across levels.
• Strong communication skills for one-on-one and group settings.
• Ability to gather needs, think critically, deliver results.
