🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in finance/consulting, incl. 2+ years in IB/PE
- 3-5+ years in Strategic Finance or FP&A at a DTC/consumer company
- Deep expertise in DTC unit economics and growth metrics
- Strong strategic and execution capabilities
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Degree in quantitative field; SQL knowledge preferred
