• Gather and synthesize stakeholder feedback into a strategy and content plan.
• Own the demand gen content roadmap as a living experiment, testing formats and channels
• Use AI daily for brainstorming, rapid prototyping, audience research, and opportunities
• Deeply understand our audience and drive demand for sign ups and pipeline
• Experiment with formats like interactive demos, AI experiences, video series
• Stay in tune with cutting-edge AI trends and translate them for Airtable

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in B2B content and demand gen with proven experimentation
• Active daily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for ideation, drafting, editing
• Portfolio showing content with measurable business outcomes
• Deep demand gen knowledge and creative instincts to break the playbook
• Experience in product-led growth to enterprise sales where content educates
• Data-driven but comfortable with rapid iteration over perfection
