🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Crypto/Web3; DeFi protocol operations or growth experience strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of DeFi lending mechanics (over-collateralization, interest rate models, liquidation mechanisms, etc.) with hands-on usage and operational experience.
- Proficient in on-chain data analysis; able to independently use on-chain tools to track and analyze user behavior and protocol performance.
- Existing relationships within DeFi communities and protocol teams; ability to build ecosystem partnerships.
- Results-driven; able to set strategies around core metrics and drive execution.
- Fluent in English; able to collaborate effectively with international protocol teams.
