Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for executives.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of experience in data science or analytics.
3+ years of experience managing and developing teams.
Hands-on fluency in SQL and Python or R.
Working knowledge of core finance and accounting concepts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
Experience with data modeling, ideally using dbt.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
