Led data science/ML teams for 2-3 years.
Deep learning and NLP techniques.

Experimental design, optimization, and causal inference for AB tests.
Python proficiency and software engineering practices.
Experience with LLMs (RAG, fine-tuning) and LangChain/LangGraph.
