Senior Manager, Data Management (LATAM)

📋 Description

• Supports the DM Lead as the primary contact for internal teams and sponsors.
• Line-manages, directs, and mentors data managers.
• Oversees DM projects and coordinates inter-departmental communication.
• Reviews RFPs, proposals, change orders; provides estimates.
• Oversees data entry processes and training for data quality.
• Ensures DM timelines and quality of deliverables across projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years DM experience and 3 years line management.
• Bachelor’s degree with clinical trial experience in CRO/pharma.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Knowledge of CDISC standards (CDASH, SDTM, ADaM).
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
