🎯 Requirements

8+ years in product/business analytics or data engineering.
3+ years of hands-on people management.
Experience leading distributed analytics teams.
Experience with cloud data warehouses: Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery.
Experience with BI tools: Tableau, Looker, Sigma.
Expert SQL and dimensional modeling; plan multi sprint data modeling.
