Senior Manager, Data Analytics

📋 Description

• Lead and grow a team of analysts across product teams.
• Partner with Product, Strategy, and Finance to define lending strategy.
• Drive experimentation and causal inference to optimize tests and outcomes.
• Translate member behaviors into actionable insights for leadership.
• Define north star metrics and dashboards for portfolio performance and unit economics.
• Collaborate in person with the SF team at the downtown office four days per week.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of analytics with at least 3 years leading high‑performing fintech/consumer teams.
• Expertise in experimentation and causal inference with track record of designing and scaling tests.
• Strong product intuition linking member behaviors to product roadmaps and financial outcomes.
• Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting data to executives and influencing strategy.
• Hands-on SQL and analytics tools with ability to guide teams using modern data stacks and visualization platforms.
• Strategic mindset with an operator’s bias, able to set long-term vision while driving daily execution.
