Senior Manager, CXO Transformation

📋 Description

• Build and manage a pipeline of customer story candidates with cross-functional partners.
• Lead discovery conversations to surface operational impact of Rubrik's platform.
• Write and produce first-draft narratives across formats (stories, video briefs, exec summaries).
• Own the CXO Visionaries program end-to-end: recruitment, profiles, events.
• Develop CXO Visionary profiles and coordinate speaking and media opportunities.
• Design and manage the CXO Visionaries awards program and newsletter features.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in product marketing, product management, or technical marketing with ownership of customer stories.
• Solid background in data protection, cybersecurity, data infrastructure, cyber resilience, backup, or AI.
• Technical fluency to discuss ransomware recovery, identity resilience, and hybrid cloud data protection.
• Clear writing ability to explain complex topics to senior business audiences without jargon.
• Strong interviewing instincts to draw out real stories.
• Experience in enterprise sales environments; understands how proof points influence deals.
