🎯 Requirements

- Deep knowledge of forecasting, replenishment, demand planning, and store ops.
- Proficiency with Walmart tools: Luminate, Retail Link, Nova, Item 360, Aspen, SupplierOne, Scintilla.
- Strong data skills: Excel, analytics tools, and AI tools to uncover insights.
- Excellent program management; able to prioritize and lead through ambiguity.
- Strong communicator translating analytics into actionable ops.
