🎯 Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in B2B SaaS CS/Ops with Scale or Digital-led models.
  • 2-4+ years of people leadership in B2B SaaS CS/Account Management.
  • Operational Execution: Master day-to-day workflows from strategy.
  • GRC Literacy: Language of audit, risk, and compliance.
  • Data-Driven: Proficient with Gainsight, Salesforce, Tableau.
  • Global Operational Perspective: Experience across international markets and regulations.
