π― Requirements
- 7+ years in CS, Renewals, Account Mgmt, or Sales in SaaS.
- 4+ years of people leadership, including managing managers.
- Proven success owning retention, renewals, and expansion outcomes.
- Experience scaling teams, processes, and operating models.
- Strong strategic thinker; data-driven with analytical skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or Gainsight; CS/CRM platforms; Bachelor's preferred.
