  • Lead, coach, and develop manager-level leaders for CS and Renewals.
  • Set goals, metrics, and expectations for CS and Renewals aligned to retention targets.
  • Own end-to-end post-sale lifecycle for SMB & MM customers.
  • Drive renewal forecasting accuracy and scalable renewal processes.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support for a seamless customer experience.
  • Represent Voice of the Customer to influence product and GTM strategy.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in CS, Renewals, Account Mgmt, or Sales in SaaS.
  • 4+ years of people leadership, including managing managers.
  • Proven success owning retention, renewals, and expansion outcomes.
  • Experience scaling teams, processes, and operating models.
  • Strong strategic thinker; data-driven with analytical skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or Gainsight; CS/CRM platforms; Bachelor's preferred.
