🎯 Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in CX/CS/PM/Ops in B2B SaaS, with Scale/Digital CS.
  • 2–4+ years of people leadership of B2B SaaS teams.
  • Operational execution: turn strategy into day-to-day workflows.
  • GRC literacy: audit, risk, and compliance workflows.
  • Data-driven: proficient with Gainsight, Salesforce, Tableau.
  • Global perspective: experience in international markets; excellent English.
