📋 Description

  • Oversee and manage e-Commerce client relationships and add value for top customers
  • Strengthen relationships, drive acquisition, retention, and upsell
  • Develop GTM strategy for e-Commerce with analytics input
  • Increase user health, manage day-to-day operations, and scale the team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to shape business solutions for customers
  • Drive events and represent Payoneer at industry forums
  • Other duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

  • BA degree or equivalent; master’s degree is a plus
  • 5+ years in business development or account management
  • 2–3 years of e-Commerce experience
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (written, presentation, and verbal)
  • Basic data analysis skills and data-driven mindset
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
