🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in account management and/or customer success, enterprise SaaS.
  • 3-5 years leadership experience.
  • Manage enterprise client portfolios worth $10M+.
  • Excel and CRM expertise, Salesforce preferred.
  • B.S./B.A. in business/finance/economics; MBA preferred.
  • Travel up to 10% of the time.
