📋 Description

  • Manage, mentor, and coach Customer Success Managers to high performance.
  • Own a portfolio of enterprise customers and align Arcadia solutions with business objectives.
  • Lead a team of CSMs, driving adoption and strategic value.
  • Build long-term relationships with executive stakeholders and lead QBRs.
  • Translate customers’ goals into project plans and capabilities delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation to relay feedback and drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting within healthcare tech.
  • 2+ years managing and mentoring customer success or account management teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related technical field or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Strong understanding of value-based care, population health, and healthcare data analytics.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into business value; excellent exec communication.
  • Travel ~30%.
