  • Own the Customer Journey: map post-purchase onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Drive Expansion Revenue: create campaigns with Sales/CS to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Reduce Churn: design proactive retention campaigns to nurture at-risk accounts.
  • Advocacy & Community Building: identify and mobilize customers for case studies, webinars, testimonials.
  • CAB Management: lead strategy, recruitment, and execution of the Customer Advisory Board.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: align Sales, CS, and Product; translate insights into actions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years marketing with 3–5 years in customer marketing or lifecycle (B2B SaaS).
  • Leadership: run programs independently; cross-functional initiatives; people mgmt a plus.
  • Advocacy Expertise: portfolio of customer content and review/advocacy software experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce, Gainsight.
  • Analytical Skills: interpret data, measure ROI, and optimize lifecycle.
  • Communication: strong written/verbal skills; engage with C-level and end-users.
