- Advocacy Expertise: portfolio of customer content and review/advocacy software experience.
- Technical Proficiency: HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce, Gainsight.
- Analytical Skills: interpret data, measure ROI, and optimize lifecycle.
- Communication: strong written/verbal skills; engage with C-level and end-users.
