  • 5+ years of people management in technical delivery teams
  • Proven ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder deployments from kickoff to production
  • Demonstrated success managing scope, SOW, change management, and escalations
  • Executive Communicator & Cross-Functional Influencer: align execs and cross-functional teams
