- 7+ years in customer marketing/campaigns across lifecycle stages.
- AI-first marketing; proficient with Claude Code; able to build campaigns quickly and measure results.
- 3+ years leading a team and mentoring.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, tech, or AI industries.
- Strong stakeholder mgmt with cross-functional partners (Product, R&D, Sales, CS, Marketing).
- Knowledge of Intercom platform and Marketo; experience with Marketing Automation tools and multiple email platforms.
