📋 Description

  • Own acquisition planning and investment; lead new-member offers and referrals aligned to growth.
  • Manage multi-million monthly new-user incentive budget; align with Finance.
  • Own reporting on core KPIs: Conversion, CAC, LTV, Payback.
  • Present insights to executives; translate into repeatable playbooks.
  • Note: does not manage paid media; owns economics of new-user incentives.
  • Monitor competitor activity and acquisition best practices.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years in customer acquisition or growth marketing (hands-on with offers/referrals).
  • Demonstrable experience managing a large budget; balance volume with quality.
  • Experience owning acquisition investment performance; KPIs/ROI.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling user bases effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills; experience with analytics tools.
