🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years SaaS experience; 2-4 years in management.
  • Public Sector experience (Education, State & Local).
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus.
  • Background in customer success with EPM or multi-dimensional modeling.
  • Experience negotiating software and services contracts.
  • Leadership, strategic thinking, collaboration, and customer focus.
