π― Requirements
- 6β8+ years of relevant experience in MarTech, CRM systems, or lifecycle enablement
- Hands-on experience owning or influencing an ESP (Braze strongly preferred)
- Experience working with a CDP or customer data platform
- Strong conceptual understanding of APIs, webhooks, event tracking, and identity resolution
- Experience within the Shopify ecosystem, including custom integrations
- Proven ability to scope and project-manage cross-functional technical initiatives
