Senior Manager, Creative Production

📋 Description

• Lead production on all physical shoots (interviews, talent, photos)
• Oversee content capture at conventions, BTS, panels, social capture
• Manage live action shoots, live streams, activations, and events
• Ensure productions meet creative, technical, budget, and timeline standards
• Manage and mentor the Creative Production team
• Serve as first reviewer of production budgets before leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in physical production across digital, commercial, event content
• 8+ years managing vendors and teams
• Budgeting software expertise: Movie Magic, Showbiz, Excel
• Experience managing multiple production teams across projects
• Knowledge of international production
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or equivalent
