📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end origination, evaluation, and execution of energy investments.

• Own due diligence, modeling, valuation, and memos through close.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and People to structure and close transactions.
• Design and launch an AppDirect Energy program including market mapping and model.
• Represent AppDirect Capital at industry events and with partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in corporate development, IB, PE, VC, or structured finance.
• Leading deals from sourcing to close in fast-moving environments.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with finance, legal, and executives.
• High ownership mindset; autonomous with rigorous execution.
• Clear communicator; experienced preparing materials for senior leadership.
