📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate M&A targets aligned with growth.
• Lead day-to-day execution of the M&A lifecycle; data room management.
• Manage cross-functional due diligence with Tech, Legal, and Finance.
• Support NDA and definitive agreements negotiations; track key terms.
• Coordinate post-close integration and measure realized synergies.
• Build and own financial models, including DCF and synergy analyses.

• 4+ years in investment banking or corporate development.
