Senior Manager, Corporate Development

📋 Description

• Lead execution of corporate development strategy for growth.
• Evaluate M&A targets, strategic investments, and partnerships aligned with goals.
• Manage end-to-end deal process: due diligence, valuation, structuring, integration.
• Develop relationships with banks, data center peers, and stakeholders.
• Work with market analysts to identify trends and opportunities; provide insights to execs.
• Build financial models, valuations, and scenario planning for transactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years in a senior role at a principal investor/operator (data center, real estate).
• Strong financial acumen with modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
• Proven underwriting and valuation of development opportunities and land acquisitions.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available.
