Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting

📋 Description

• Lead monthly & quarterly close — own calendar, cadence, and standards
• Own balance sheet reconciliations quality across the team
• Cross-functional accounting partnership — primary liaison to HR, Legal, and FP&A
• Primary resource for complex transactions, memos, and new standard assessments
• Financial reporting — board packages and internal management reporting
• Equity accounting — SBC expense under ASC 718, option activity, cap table, and 409A

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of accounting in high-growth tech or SaaS with close ownership/technical accounting
• Deep working knowledge of US GAAP — ASC 718, 842, 340-40, 350-40
• Strong technical accounting research and memo-writing skills; defend a position clearly
• Active CPA required; Big 4 or large regional firm background strongly preferred
• Proven experience leading a financial close and maintaining high reconciliation standards
• Proficiency with Campfire, NetSuite, or a comparable ERP
