🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years accounting experience with people management.
- B.S. in Accounting; working knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS.
- Public accounting experience preferred, but not required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Index Match, sumifs, pivot tables).
- Leadership qualities that motivate direct reports.
- Kaizen mindset with a focus on process improvement.
- Curiosity to understand cross-functional impact of accounting.
