🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years in consumer insights with high-impact studies.
- FMCG/beauty or lifestyle brand experience preferred.
- Insights thought leader who drives deep consumer learning.
- Curious, scrappy, creative; DIY quantitative/qual tools.
- Skilled data storyteller; unwaveringly objective.
