  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Proven ability to turn research into influential narratives.
  • Experience cross-functionally with marketing/product/strategy.
  • Comfort with ambiguity; shape loosely defined problems into plans.
  • Strong communication; present to senior stakeholders and drive impact.
  • Experience in brand measurement, creative testing, or audience insights is a plus.
