📋 Description

• Synthesize tech, regulatory, and business perspectives to yield high-impact insights.
• Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to reveal opportunities and threats.
• Identify and monitor industry developments; flag high-priority shifts for leadership.
• Deliver executive briefings and strategic reports to senior leadership with clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with Ripple leaders to prioritize critical competitive topics for deep dives.
• Forge partnerships across product, marketing, regulatory, and corporate teams.
• Manage CI resources and build industry networks; represent Ripple at events.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in market intelligence/industry research, crypto/FinTech, plus startup experience.
• Strong interest in digital assets and crypto; familiarity with institutional finance and blockchain.
• Ability to develop rigorous, evidence-based research with business/financial analysis.
• Elite communication/presentation skills; translate complex data for a general business audience.
• Strong collaboration in a matrix org; work with all levels, including the C-suite; high EQ.
• Robust industry network and crypto community presence (X/Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Reddit).
